Healthy Homemade Energy Bars
We are not responsible if you become addicted to these energy bars because they are so tasty and healthy that you will want to eat them all the time.
As we usually run in the morning, we don’t like to go out with an empty stomach but we don’t like to end up with a very full and heavy stomach either, so energy bars are a good option and they are also scrumptious.
These bars are made with natural and healthy ingredients, they are suitable for lactose intolerant and vegans. They are pure energy concentrated in a delicious sweet.
The ingredients of our bars have a high content of carbohydrates and sugars, which is why they provide a lot of energy that can come in handy both before and after exercise to regain strength. In addition, they fill us up for longer than other refined foods because their sugars are released little by little, prolonging that feeling of satiety.
For all those of you who are athletes, or for those of you who have a hopeless sweet tooth like us, we recommend that you try them, in addition, it is a recipe suitable for all audiences because it is very very simple and fast, you do not have to be too hot using the oven or special utensils are necessary. You can also change the ingredients, substituting ours for other dried fruits, cereals, seeds or whatever you have at home.
As if all the above reasons were not enough, we must add that by making your own bars you know what you are eating and we assure you that they are much healthier than those we can find in supermarkets, and they are much tastier!
